Another common email scam, this sender is attempting to collect log-in information. This provides them with access to your saved contacts and other personal information. Sometimes, the sender attempts to collect payment for services that are normally free. Always look at the sender’s email address. If it doesn’t come from the actual business (i.e. xxxx@aol.com), it’s NOT REAL! NEVER click on links from emails, even if they come from a business or person you know and trust. Scammers are getting much better at mimicking real businesses. Instead, look-up the company online, visit the official website, and log-in to check your account.
